We aim to satisfy at least 3 of the 5 ways with every project as we believe that women are dynamic and deserve to have opportunities to be curious about a wide range of things and come to their own conclusions. Hence our motto 'Feel Good,Your Own Way'

Active for Wellbeing

Our active outdoor activites focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle through outdoor experiences such as cycling, walking, exercise, and gardening. We believe in the power of nature and being active to nurture both physical and mental health.

Retreats, Mindful Courses and Community Gathering

Our retreats and gatherings are held exclusively for all women. We hold rejuvenating Weekend Retreat experiences in the outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of local woodlands. This is a perfect opportunity for women to come together, rest, recover, and find joy in connection. Immerse yourself in nature and good company, give yourself the gift of mindfulness, and learn new skills that will nourish your mind, body and soul.
